Girl, do not be fooled, it is a serious workout!!!    Since you are so recently out of surgery, you may want to work up to them.   I did not go through a national chain when I took mine.  I took them at dance studio in Scottsdale who was offering them.  Not easy AT ALL but soooo fun!!! 

And make sure u wear heels when u do it! U need to full effect hahaha.
But they have pole dancing videos too.

Soooo true AND when you dance in heals, its an amazing workout for you legs!!!  Suppa sexy!!

They have a workout you can buy and it comes with a pole also.  Don't remember the name of the site but try google and see if you can find it.  Good Luck.
